FAQ
Is my account safe?
Piloted games run behind a VPN matched to your region, and nobody touches your gold or your guild bank. Selfplay needs no login at all. Honest answer though: boosting is against Blizzard's ToS and nobody can promise zero risk. We keep it as low as it gets, that's the truthful version.
How do I track progress?
The order page shows every status change and has a message thread straight to your booster. We also ping you on Discord when something happens.
What if a session ends short of the target?
We keep queueing for free until it's there. What happens to the rating after we hand the character back is up to you. Add the coaching debrief if you want to hold it.
