Picking between them

Including when the honest answer is that you should buy the cheap thing, or nothing.

Which one do I actually need?

It depends which gate you are stuck behind. Only two gear slots need rating at all: weapons at 1,700 and shoulders at 2,000, both on your personal rating. Everything else in the set is a points problem, not a rating problem.

So: under 1,700 and you want your weapon, that is the weapon carry. Past that and chasing the last unlock, the shoulder carry. Chasing a title, the Gladiator push. Stuck at the same rating for weeks, coaching, which is the cheapest thing here and often the right answer.

The requirements guide has the full table if you want to check before you buy.

Selfplay or piloted?

Selfplay means you play your own character and we queue alongside you. Nobody touches your account, so there is no terms of service question at all. Slower, and you keep the rating better afterwards because you learned the games.

Piloted means we play it. Faster, no scheduling around you, and it does break the Terms of Service, which we say plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

Full detail on selfplay and piloted.

Is the price on the page really the price?

Yes. Configure anything here and checkout charges exactly that. The server recalculates the total from the catalog rather than trusting whatever the browser sends, so it cannot drift from what you were shown, in either direction.

Only Rank One is quoted by hand, because the honest answer there depends on where you are starting and how much of the season is left. Nothing is owed until you accept a quote.

What is included beyond the rating?

The games needed to cap arena points for the week. Rating without the points to spend at it is half a result, so we do not sell it that way.

If a session ends short of the target we keep playing at no extra cost. Extras like priority, a live stream or a specific player are optional and priced on the product page.

Why are arena and wintrade missing?

Paused, not gone. We open packages when there are teams free to run them properly, and listing something we cannot staff is how orders end up sitting for a fortnight.

Ask on Discord if you want one of them. If there is demand we bring the category back, and the site picks it up automatically the moment we do.

How do I pay, and what if it goes wrong?

Card at checkout through Stripe, so card details never reach us. Your order is confirmed when Stripe tells us the payment landed, not when your browser reaches the thank-you page.

Full refund before a booster starts; after that it depends how far the work has gone. The refund policy sets out the cases, and how it works covers the process end to end.
