Legal

These terms govern your use of arenacarry.gg and any service ordered through it. “We” and “Arena Carry” refer to the operator of this site. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must be the owner of the World of Warcraft account the order concerns, or have that owner’s permission.
A time- and skill-based gameplay service: our players either queue arena games alongside you (selfplay) or play your character for you (piloted), toward the rating or unlock described on the product page. You are paying for the work performed, not for a virtual item. The in-game rewards belong to Blizzard Entertainment and are never ours to sell.
Account sharing and boosting are against Blizzard’s Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement. Blizzard may suspend or permanently close an account it believes was boosted. We take precautions (no VPN hopping, no concurrent logins, no armory links on this site), but we cannot and do not guarantee that your account will not be actioned.
You accept this risk when you order. We are not liable for account suspensions, closures, rating rollbacks, removed titles or lost items resulting from Blizzard enforcement. If this risk is unacceptable to you, order a selfplay service or do not order at all.
If a piloted order stalls because access does not work, or a selfplay order stalls because you do not show up, the delivery estimate stops applying.
Hour estimates on the site are estimates, not deadlines. Queue times, opposing teams, server downtime and rating volatility all move them. We will tell you in Discord when an order is running late and why. Persistent failure to deliver is a refund matter. See the Refund Policy.
Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable VAT. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. An order becomes active once payment is confirmed. Some orders are quoted individually and arranged on Discord instead.
If something is wrong, contact us first. We settle problems directly and quickly. Opening a chargeback on a service that was delivered is fraud, and we will contest it with the order log, chat history and screenshots, and permanently refuse further service.
Abuse, harassment or threats toward our players ends the order with no refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund of anything not yet delivered.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be announced in our Discord.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer law. Questions: support@arenacarry.gg or our contact page.
