Play Style
You play your own character, we queue with you. No account sharing, and you get better along the way.
The short version: you are in every game, so nothing about your account is ever shared.
No. Nobody touches your account. You play your own character, our players queue with you, and there is nothing being shared that the Terms of Service has an opinion about.
That is the whole reason selfplay exists on this site. If the risk conversation is what has been stopping you, this and coaching are the two honest answers. The account safety guide covers the rest.
No, but you do need to be present. In 3s two of us queue with you; in 5s four of us carry the games and gear matters barely at all. Your job is to be alive and roughly where you are told.
Nobody is going to be rude to you about it. Every one of us was bad at this once, and the people playing your games are the people who wrote the comps guide.
Agreed in your ticket. Most sessions run on EU evenings because that is when the roster is on, but we work around you rather than the other way round. Selfplay is the one thing that genuinely cannot happen without you, so the window matters.
If you have to drop mid-session, we stop and pick it up later. Nothing is lost.
Usually, and it costs less to reflect that. Piloted has no scheduling constraint and no weak link, so it goes as fast as the queue allows. That page covers how it works.
Selfplay is not just the safe option though. You keep the rating more reliably afterwards, because you learned the games rather than watching them happen.
Yes, and they are yours by definition since you played the games. Every carry includes the ten games needed to earn arena points for the week in that bracket.
Worth knowing: rating is tracked separately in every bracket and points come from one bracket only, so pick the one you intend to buy gear in and stay in it.
The ones listed on this page. Anything not here needs us at the keyboard, which in practice means the cutoff pushes, where the schedule has to be ours for weeks at a time.
A Gladiator title is still reachable on your own play if you can already hold a rating in the high 1,900s. That route is coaching rather than a carry, and the cutoff guide is honest about what it takes.
